The Moving Kids Forward Foundation, Inc., believes that access to early education programming will significantly increase a child’s quality of life through adulthood. We seek to fund innovative, creative, and effective learning programs that provide opportunities for social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development for America’s future.
Our vision is to eliminate the many barriers to learning that children face at the beginning of their educational experiences that impede student potential. We are concerned with fostering educational and developmental outcomes for the most vulnerable of our population.
We wish to:
- Identify successful, educational entities and provide them with resources that will make them more effective.
- Support organizations that promote a child’s well-being from a holistic standpoint.
- Provide sustainable solutions that will have a lasting impact in the school or community setting.
- Collect data on program implementation
The Moving Kids Forward Foundation, Inc., will partner with identified schools to develop proposals that align with our mission. This is a collaborative and strategic process. After a school or program is identified and a tactical plan is developed, our program officers work with the applicant to generate a proposal with a funding recommendation. Once the proposal is approved, our officers will manage and evaluate the grant through ongoing communication.
